Do you offer rentals?
We currently don't offer rentals. 
is Alcohol allowed to be consumed on the vehicles?
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on board and we also do not allow our passengers to drink while on route. 
Do you operate on public holidays?
We are operational 24/7 as well as public holidays for your convenience. 
Do you allow standing passengers?​
Your safety is our priority so we do not allow any standing passengers during the trip. 
Are the busses equipped with seatbelts
All our buses are equipped with individual seat belts so you would feel more secure and safe while on the road. 
Is food and Drink allowed to be consumed?
We do not allow food and drinks on board to maintain cleanliness on all of our buses. 
What are your payment methods?
We accept Bank Transfers and PayPal payments. Please visit our Rates & Prices for more information. 
Do you have public liability insurance?
You are always safe with us as we have signed up for public liability insurance. 
Does the quoted price include tolls and other fees?
Yes. Our quotation already includes the toll and other fees to make it easier for you. 
What are your operating hours?
We operate the whole day 24 hours, 7 days a week and even public holidays. 
Can I add an extra stop to my trip?
Yes. Stopping on the same route is free of charge, otherwise extra fees will be required.
Do you provide party bus services?
We are open to party bus services. Just send us an enquiry and we'll have it discussed with you. 
Are your services private transport?
Yes. We are a private transport service that caters to your personal transportation needs, making us more convenient over public transports. 
What are your cancellation fees?
  • • 20% of the total booking amount if you cancel for any reason (this is the non-refundable deposit).
  • • 25% of the total booking amount if cancelled with 7 days notice of your first journey (business days only) but not less than 96 business hours.
  • • 50% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 96 hours notice (business days only) of your first journey but not less than 48 hours.
  • • 100% of the total booking amount if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (business days only) of your first journey.

Are there anchor points available for child seats? 
Our buses are family friendly and you child is safe with us. We provide anchor points for child seat support.
